Affirmation

Yo folks, sorry for being inactive haha, kind of busy for Xmas - New Year - Holiday at Batam ^_^

Since Christmas Service on 24th December, somehow i always remember about Happiness. Here is a video about Happiness.

Speaking about happiness, I remembered this verse, Matthew 6:21 "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also". Thing to ponder, what is my happiness? I found out when obeying HIS command, i found my happiness, of course i still struggle with my OBEDIENCE, this thing will be one of my resolution this year ^_^

Then the week after, New Year Service came out with this movie, Validation.

There are 3 things I got from this movie:

1. Affirmation can bring happiness to other people.
2. Affirmation can bring indirect happiness to other people.

From this service, I pondered that myself lacks of affirmation to other people, so I need to start the habit to affirm others, not only for special moment, but anytime i can affirm other people. But don't take people affirmation for granted :) So when I cross reference this movie (Validation) with the Happiness movie, I got another point which is "Affirmation can bring happiness to myself". When people happy, I also happy ^_^ But I dislike an affirmation that happen only for specific occasion, I prefer affirming in not specific occasion, it's not I have to, but it's about I should.

Conclusion, it's not compulsory to affirm people, but I should have the habit to affirm people and be stingy for criticism.
